PAYMENTS

lodsclub accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking & Wallets for payments.


SHIPPING

lodsclub ships orders to cities across India.
Orders are usually delivered within 7–8 working days.

The customer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes, if applicable.

Once an order is shipped, it will be delivered only to the address provided at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver the order after three attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

  • No refund will be initiated for RTO orders.

  • Customers may request re-shipping by providing a new and complete delivery address along with updated contact details.

  • Re-shipping will be processed on the next working day.


RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

General Policy

lodsclub offers replacement or refund only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

To be eligible for any replacement or refund, the customer must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video as proof.
No claim will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Replacement/refund requests must be raised by emailing support@lodsclub.com within the specified timeframe mentioned below.


Replacement / Refund Will Be Applicable Only If:

  • The item received is physically damaged

  • The item has missing parts or accessories

  • The item received is different from the product description on lodsclub.com

  • The item is defective or not functioning properly

(All the above cases must be supported with a valid unboxing video.)


Mobile Covers & T-Shirts (Special Policy)

  • Refunds or replacements are NOT applicable if the customer has ordered the wrong size, model, design, or variant, or if the product is disliked after delivery.

  • No refund or replacement will be provided for color variations, as screen displays may differ due to brightness, contrast, or resolution.

However, replacement will be provided ONLY if:

  • A wrong model mobile cover is sent

  • There is a printing error or misprint

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered

In such cases:

  • The customer must email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Valid proof must be shared, including:

    • Clear unboxing video

    • Product images showing the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be processed.


Additional Notes

  • We do not exchange products if the customer ordered the wrong item.

  • Return or exchange is not applicable if the product is disliked by the customer.

  • lodsclub reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification.
